Terms of Service

SideCashNow is a free partner (affiliate) program for India. Members will learn affiliate and digital marketing for free and promote partner brands' offers with their own link, earning a commission on results.

We onboard new partners in batches. Signing up is free.

Signing up does not mean you are accepted as a partner. We may decline, delay or withdraw any application or membership, at our discretion, including if we think these terms or the promotion rules have been or may be broken.

To join, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to enter a legally binding agreement under Indian law.
• Give us a real email address that belongs to you.
• Provide accurate information.

Once the program opens, partners must follow these rules:

• No spam. Only message people who have agreed to hear from you.
• No false or misleading claims about an offer, a brand, or what a person may earn.
• Clearly disclose your partnership. Label posts and videos with a clear tag such as "Ad" or "Partnership", as the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising in India require.
• No fake, bot or incentivised sign-ups, and no using your own link to earn from yourself.
• No bidding on brand names or trademarks in paid search, and no look-alike domains.
• No illegal, hateful, adult or otherwise prohibited content.
• Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to where you promote.

We may add rules for specific offers. We will share them before you promote.

If we find or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms, we may suspend or end your membership, withhold or cancel unpaid commissions linked to it, and report it to the right authorities. Our brand partners may also reverse commissions on results they reject.

Specific program terms, including how commissions work and are paid, will be shared when the program opens. They will form part of these terms.

Earnings depend on your own effort and on results. SideCashNow makes no promise of income, and nothing on this site is an offer of a particular result.

The SideCashNow name, logo, site and content belong to SideCashNow or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site and any materials we supply for the program, only as these terms allow. You may not copy, resell or misuse them. Partner brands keep rights in their own names and materials.

If we share non-public information with you, such as upcoming offers or program details, please keep it private and use it only for the program, unless we say you can share it.

The site and program are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any offer, program or result will be available or achieved.

To the fullest extent the law allows, SideCashNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the program. Joining is free, so no payment is involved.

You agree to cover SideCashNow against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your breach of these terms, your promotion activity, or your content.

You can stop using the site or close your sign-up at any time by emailing support@sidecashnow.com. We may end or limit your access at any time, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and indemnity, will continue after termination.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site or program after a change, you accept the new terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know, for example by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear any dispute.

• These terms, with any program terms we share, are the whole agreement between you and us on this subject.
• If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we give it up.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours.
• You are an independent party, not our employee, agent or partner in a business sense. You are responsible for your own taxes.
